Safety is our number one priority and our excellent safety record attests to that fact. We have developed a proactive safety program that focuses on diligent training and adherence to the highest safety standards. At HSI, we strive every day to reach our goal of zero accidents and we work to continually improve our safety processes to achieve that goal. We believe that all injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable, and to that end, we emphasize that NO job is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely.

Every HSI employee is entitled to work in a safe environment. To accomplish this, we place emphasis on areas of safety including HSE and accident prevention. Supervisors, departmental heads, and employees at all levels of HSI are required to make job safety a matter of equal importance to all other company operations. We have also instituted a behavioral based safety program that requires regular safety meetings, ongoing training, and comprehensive safety reports.
Another key focus of our safety program is environmental protection, including waste management and recycling. We have a genuine concern for the environment and provide education and resources to help ensure that we minimize pollution to our environment.
